This fascinating gift entitles the recipient to a detailed astrological report based on the position of the planets and stars at the exact moment of their birth. They can choose to receive one of three fantastic reports; a birth report a relationship compatibility or a romance report. A description of each is enclosed in the gift box. All bookings are subject to availability.What about insurance?Personal Accident Insurance to the value of £50 000 together with cancellation indemnity subject to terms is included with every voucher. The centres contracted with us hold public indemnity liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to vehicles or equipment except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.What else do I need to know?Your expiry date is printed on your voucher please check the date as it is essential that you book and take your experience before this date.Kindly note that each centre has their own cancellation policy and fees. Some centres may not allow a booking to be cancelled or changed once it has been made. Please call us for further details. How do I make a booking?1. Read through the above for further information and answers to some of the questions you might have about your experience.2. Contact the centre (see contact details below) and inform them that you hold an experience voucher for the type of experience shown on it. Please quote the product code that appears at the bottom of your voucher.3. Make a booking at a mutually agreed time before the expiry date on the voucher. (Book well in advance – the centre can get very busy.)4. Once the centre accepts your booking you are bound by their terms and conditions. Make sure you understand their rules regarding changing or cancelling your booking (particularly at short notice).5. The centre may require you to send them your voucher to confirm your booking: if so we recommend you keep a record of your voucher number and use Registered Post as your voucher is a valuable document which cannot be replaced if lost.
